Tossed salad with chicken strips

Ingredients

  • 700 g Chicken strips
  • 10 Turkish bread buns
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 350 g Mayonnaise
  • Pepper & salt
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Boil the eggs hard (± 10 minutes) and peel them.

Cut the tomatoes into brunoise pieces and cut the spring onion into rings.

Chop the boiled eggs and add all the garnishes to the Chicken strips.

Add the Mayonnaise and mix.

Season with pepper and salt.

Cover the Turkish bread bun with the tossed salad.
