Tomato salsa with Chicken fillet strips

Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken fillet strips
  • 1 small shallots & 1 spring onion
  • 50 g celery & 50 g red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 g tomato ketchup
  • 20 g tomato puree
  • 1 coffee spoon sambal
  • 1 coffee spoon Worcestershire sauce
  • A few sprigs fresh coriander
  • Taco chips

Preparation

Clean the vegetables and cut them into large pieces.

Chop up the vegetables and add the tomato ketchup, tomato puree, sambal and Worcestershire sauce. Chop these up again for a short time.

Pour the salsa into a pot and mix with the Chicken fillet strips. Finish with fresh coriander.

Serve with taco chips.
