Multigrain bead bun with Turkey pavé

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs Turkey pavé
  • 10 multigrain buns
  • Italian herbs
  • 2 courgettes
  • Olive oil
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon full for garlic paste
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

Cut the Turkey pavé into slices and grill them on the BBQ. Heat up the bread buns.

Cut the courgettes into thin slices and wipe them over with olive oil, season them with the Italian herb mixture and salt. Grill these for a short time on both sides and add the mascarpone. Let this melt over the warm courgettes.

Add the garlic paste and season with pepper and salt.

Break the bread buns into two and open them out.

Finally present with the pavé and the courgettes.
