Filled focaccia sandwich with grilled Turkey breast

Ingredients

  • 600 g Grilled Turkey breast
  • 5 slices from a focaccia loaf
  • 100 g pesto (basil, pine nuts, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt)
  • 100 g young spinach
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

Cut each of the 5 pieces of focaccia horizontally in two.

Combine all the pesto ingredients together and chop them up.

Coat the bottom half of the focaccia with pesto. Slice the mozzarella and place it on the pesto, season with pepper.

Slice the tomatoes, place onto the mozzarella and season with pepper and salt.
Place a few of the clean spinach leaves on top.

Cut the Grilled Turkey breast into slices and place them onto the spinach.

Finish the sandwich with a few basil leaves.
