Bagel with Chicken donut and sweet potatoes

Ingredients
- 100 bagels
- 100 pcs Chicken donut
- 5 kg sweet potatoes
- 1.5 kg tomato
- 2.5 l cocktail sauce
- A few drops (to taste) tabasco
- 0.5 kg micro lettuce
Preparation
Roast the Chicken donut for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into fine chips. Fry these at 180°C in a frying pan and finish with a pinch of salt.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut the bagels open and warm them in the oven or the Salamander grill.
Spread the bottom half with cocktail sauce and put a slice of tomato on it.
Now lay the Chicken donut in place and finish with the sweet potato fries and the micro lettuce.
