Algi Foods/Mr Cook was founded in 1987 by Gino Alongi and from the start specialised in authentic homemade culinary dishes of top quality. The production workshop exudes artisanship and flavour and is bulging with fresh raw materials that are processed daily into delicious dishes.
In co-creation, Volys and Mr Cook have developed a delicious new range: iconic Volys products are combined with new artisanal sauces from Mr Cook. Five subtle masterpieces complemented by a festive variant for end-of-year.
With various applications, multiple target groups are served. Butchers, caterers, supermarkets, mass caterers... anyone can use it and become ‘Maître chez vous’ themselves.
