Salad with strips of Grilled Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 600 g Grilled Turkey breast
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 400 g carrots
  • 300 g peas
  • 150 g red onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • ½ bunch coriander
  • Mustard dressing (75 g mayonnaise, 45 g mustard, 45 ml white wine vinegar, 75 ml sunflower oil)
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

Cut the white cabbage into four, remove the hard core and cut into thin strips. Clean and grate the carrots. Boil the peas for a few minutes in salted water and refresh.

Clean the red onion and cut into half-moon shapes.
Cut the chilli horizontally and remove the seeds, cut the rest of the chilli into thin strips.
Pluck the coriander and mix all the vegetables together.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil and season with pepper and salt.

Cut the Grilled Turkey breast into strips and mix with the salad.

Decorate with the dressing.
