Turkey charcuterie rillettes with French bread toast

Ingredients

  • 100 g Turkey ham
  • 100 g Turkey fillet
  • 100 g Smoked Turkey fillet
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 10 cl milk
  • 2 shallots
  • A few sprigs tarragon
  • A few stalks of chives
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper from the peppermill
  • 1 French bread

Preparation

Cut the turkey charcuterie into brunoise pieces and mix.

Mix the mascarpone with the milk and stir. Add this to the turkey mix.

Cut the shallots into fine brunoise pieces and chop the green herbs. Add this to the mascarpone and mix well. Season well with pepper from the peppermill and a pinch of salt.

Serve Rillettes in a small bowl and accompany with slices of French bread.
