Mini pizza with Chicken donut, tomato sauce and rocket salad

Ingredients
- 100 mini pizza bases
- 100 pcs Chicken donut
- 1 dl olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 0.05 kg sugar
- 3 l passata
- Pepper & salt
- 1.5 kg buffalo mozzarella
- 0.5 kg rocket salad
Preparation
Make the tomato sauce: chop the garlic and fry it briefly in olive oil. Add the passata, then the sugar and then the chopped basil. Season with pepper and salt. Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes over a medium heat and season.
Cut the buffalo mozzarella into pieces.
Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza base and place the Chicken donut on top.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for ± 10 minutes.
Finish with a little rocket salad and serve.
