Crispy Gourmet Burger
- 10 pcs Crispy Chicken
- 10 hamburger buns
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce
- 1 red tomatoes
- 50 g soya bean shoots
- 50 g green bell pepper
- 1/4 bunch spring onion
- 15 cl mayonnaise
- 5 cl yogurt
- Pinch of red curry
- 1/4 lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 bunch coriander
- 100 g red onion
- 1/4 bunch radishes
Prepare the Crispy Chicken according to the instructions on the packet.
Cut the buns into two and briefly bake these in the oven at 200°C.
Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into fine pieces.
Cut the core out of the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Wash the soya bean shoots.
Clean the green bell pepper and cut into brunoise pieces.
Cut the spring onion and the red onion into rings.
Combine the mayonnaise, yoghurt, red curry, lime juice and some lime zest and season with a pinch of salt.
Arrange the bun with nice layers, finish with the coriander and serve.
