Chicken Oysters on a skewer with pineapple carpaccio

Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken Oysters
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 100 g BBQ sauce
  • 1 pineapple
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 dl water
  • A few sprigs lemon thyme

Preparation

Cut the Chicken Oysters into pieces and marinate in the BBQ sauce.

Clean the red onion, green bell pepper and cut into pieces.

Spear the Chicken Oysters on a skewer, together with the onion.

Grill these on the BBQ.

Peel the pineapple and cut into thin slices, take out the hard part using a cutter. Boil the sugar in the water and the lemon thyme. Pour this onto the pineapple slices and leave to cool.

Place the slices on the plate and put the skewer on top.

Finish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
