Turkey Tonato

Ingredients
- 20 to 30 thin slices of Roast Turkey Fillet Royal
- Roast beef seasoning
- 20 capers
- 10 anchovies
- 2 crackers
- Sweet cicely
- Red peppercorns
- Tuna dressing: 125 g tuna from a can, 140 g fish salad, 3 g fish herbs, juice of 1 lime, zest of half a lime, pepper from the pepper mill
Preparation
Rub the Roast Turkey Fillet with the roast beef herbs and cut into thin slices.
Combine the tuna salad sauce, fish herbs, lime zest and juice and chop finely in the electric chopper and additionally season with pepper from the pepper mill.
Wipe over a plate with the tuna dressing and arrange the slices of Roast Turkey Fillet on top.
Pipe on a little more tuna dressing and finish with the capers, anchovy, sweet cicely, red peppercorns and some of the roast beef herbs.
