Hamburger with Chicken donut

Ingredients

  • 10 Chicken donuts
  • Dash of oil
  • 10 hamburger buns
  • 1 pineapple
  • 150 g mixed salad
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

Rub an ovenproof dish with some oil and place the Chicken donuts in it.

Bake them on the BBQ on baking paper at 180°C under the lid for 10 minutes.

Peel the pineapple, cut it into pieces and remove the hard part with a cutter.

Mix de mayonnaise with the lime juice and chop the mint leaves, mix them in and season.

Grill the pineapple on the grill and briefly heat up the bread buns.

Put the dressing on top of the bread bun, then put the Chicken donut on it, followed by the pineapple and the mixed salad.
