Chicken Crusties in a wrap with cherry tomatoes and mixed salad
Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Crusties
- 10 wraps
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g onion
- 200 g mixed salad
- 250 g Greek Yoghurt
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ bunch of chives
- Pinch of cumin
- Olive oil
- Pepper & salt
Preparation
Cook Chicken Crusties (art. 30831) in the oven (7 min 200°C), deep fry (3 min. 180°C) or frying pan (2 x 3 min.)
Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2.
Clean onion and cut into brunoise pieces. Sauté the onion in some olive oil and season with cumin, pepper and salt. Then add the cherry tomatoes and sauté them briefly.
Mix the yoghurt together with the finely chopped garlic and chives. Season with pepper and salt.
Briefly heat up the wrap on the grill and spread it with yoghurt dressing. Put the tomato mixture on top and then divide the mixed salad over the wraps.
Place a Chicken Crustie on each wrap, close the wrap and serve.
