Chicken Bites with pink pepper sauce, salad and French fries

Ingredients

  • 2.5 kg Chicken Pieces in pepper sauce
  • 300 g mixed salad
  • ½ bunch of radishes
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 20 g mustard
  • 5 cl water
  • Pepper & salt
  • 2 kg French fries
  • Some pink peppercorns

Preparation

Prepare the Chicken Pieces in pepper sauce according to the instructions on the packet.

Wash the radishes and cut into slices, peel the onion and cut into half-moon shapes.

Place the salad onto the plate and garnish with radishes and red onion.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, a splash of water and season with pepper and salt.

Cook the French fries in a frying plan until golden brown.

Arrange everything attractively on the plate and finish with the pink peppercorns.
