Greek salad with Chicken Fillet and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken Fillet with sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 50 g green olives
  • 50 g black olives
  • 2 red onions
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • A few sprigs fresh oregano
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 5 cl olive oil
  • Pepper & salt

Preparation

Cut the Chicken Fillet with sun-dried tomatoes into strips.

Cut the cucumber in 2 and remove the seeds. Then cut the cucumber into brunoise pieces.

Scald and peel the tomatoes and dice them.

Cut the green olives and the red onion into rings. Keep the black olives whole.

Break up the feta cheese into pieces.

Pick off the fresh sprigs of oregano.

Mix all the ingredients with the lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt.
