Fried Kebab strips with cucumber “spaghetti” marinated with yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Kebab strips
  • Dash of olive oil
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 150 g Greek yoghurt
  • Pepper & salt
  • 100 g pecan nuts
  • 5 pita breads
  • Knob of butter
  • Parsley

Preparation

Fry the Kebab strips in a little olive oil until crisp.

Make the “spaghetti” from the cucumber using a spiraliser.

Season with pepper and salt and mix with the Greek yoghurt.

Tear the pita bread into pieces and fry in butter with a dash of olive oil.

Chop the pecan nuts and the parsley.

Arrange everything attractively on a plate.
